Food Safety Standards

This Integrated Management System Manual has been prepared in accordance with the International Standards QMS-ISO 9001:2015, BRC Issue-6 Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials and HACCP CAC/RCP 1-1969 has been authorized to represent the Integrated Management System along with the relevant Processes & procedures.

This issue is enforced from 1st January 2020. Head- Quality & QMS has been given the executive responsibility for Integrated Management System and is responsible for ensuring the implementation of this IMS. This IMS Manual is prepared by Head –Quality & QMS and approved by GM Egypt.

Roto House establishes, implements, maintains and continually improve a Product Safety, Quality & Hygiene Management System, Packaging Standard, Food Safety management system, including the processes needed and their interactions, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, BRC ISSUE 6 Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials, HACCP CAC/RCP 1-1969. RH determines the processes needed for achieving the Scope of this Management System.

These processes include management, resources, Production, measurement, analysis and improvement by determining the required process inputs and outputs and performance indicators along with Process interaction and interfaces on which processes depend or enable. This also includes determining responsibilities and authorities for processes and identifying risks and opportunities for processes and plan to address these Risks. These Processes are also periodically evaluated, continually improved and maintained as documented information.
